Fairfax Hike in the Rain

Sweet hike in the mist and the rain near Stacy and Noah's house. Streams running, fungus amungus, puddles and mud. Burritos never tasted so good.

Our First Driving Lesson

SILAS SAYS: It was really fun doing the driving lessons because we drove in this really cool golf cart. But, we didn't get to press the gas peddle because it was too dangerous and we might press it too hard. And the fun part about it was we got to go on people's grass in front of their houses if they were not there and around their trees. And once when the car was going I ran up and jumped on the car.



JASPER SAYS: We had a really fun time driving a golf cart. We drove down the street and went on other people's lawns and drove around their trees. While another person was driving we were on the back of the golf cart. The people who drove the carts that day, me, my brother, Noah, and Noah's cousin Nikki. I also raced the golf cart down to the corner at the street.

Montara Before the Storm

Ian snapped these shots with his little water video camera on Saturday just as the big swell was filling. Henri, Ian, and I got a couple hours of surf just before the storm. Montara was the only break not feeling the wind. Great location, granite, mountains and misty rain.

Baja California Sur Sin Ninos

Week in Baja with Stacy. Boys stayed home. Relaxing time reading, hanging at the beach, surfing warm point breaks, and exploring towns and remote beaches. Loved the town and surf near Todos Santos and Stacy finally got me on a horse.
